Da Vinci Days at LAB: Reinventing the Renaissance
This fall, kids bring Leonardo’s inventions and the Mona Lisa’s mysterious smile to life through painting, sculpture, mixed media, and more.
Let's get back-to-school with LAB Art Studios! We're channeling the brilliance of Leonardo da Vinci this fall! In September, students will step into his sketchbook — experimenting with shading, perspective, and inventive designs inspired by his nature studies and wild inventions. In October, we’ll meet his most famous creation, the Mona Lisa, and give her a LAB-style makeover with bold spooky colours, unexpected settings, and playful twists.
Across Parent & Me Painting, Acrylics, Mixed Media, Sculpture, Digital Drawing, and Creative Writing, kids will explore how art blends with history, observation, and imagination.
By the end of the season, every child will have a portfolio of inventive, one-of-a-kind masterpieces; plus a fresh appreciation for one of history’s greatest artists.
