FAQ
How do I become a member?
Once you've chosen your preferred studio location, you must sign in to your account with us to purchase one of the memberships. It's easy! Depending on which member you are, you will receive free credit, get early access to our class bookings, and will receive discounts to merchandise and any party bookings. If you are a current member, you can purchase again under the link: Prepaid Credits. For any further questions or assistance with becoming a member, feel free to inquire by email languageartsbase@gmail.com.
Can I use my membership perks at either studio locations?
Please choose your preferred studio location to purchase one of the memberships. If you would like to use your perks such as credit and discount at our other LAB locations, please email us at languageartsbase@gmail.com so our team can help with your request.
When can I buy the membership?
We usually have memberships available to purchase twice a year. If you finished your credit, you will be able to purchase again when the next membership is available.
Can I buy gift cards with my membership credit?
No, your membership credit is available only for classes for one family, any merchandise, birthday parties, workshops, and camps. It is not transferable to other families or account holders.
Can I purchase a membership using existing credit or gift cards?
No.
Can I transfer my credit to another person's account?
No. Credit is not transferable to another household / person's account.
Can I use my credit for other participants other than my own family or household?
No. Credit for classes should only be used for participants within your own family or household.
How early will I get notified of classes, camps and workshops?
We will send you an email as soon as classes are available to book online! You can book online as soon as they become available. All LAB members have early access to book for camps, so make sure to sign up for our e-blast or follow us on Instagram @lab.artstudio to keep notified!
If I run out of credit before the next membership is available, do I still get the perks?
All credit purchased will be used towards all classes and merchandise first. Once your credit runs out, you will still get membership perks if you are Star Boi, Lab Boi or Square Bear. When a new membership is purchased or renewed, the membership validity is extended.
Does stretching canvas count as merchandise?
Our materials and time spent to stretch is already very competitive to what else is out there. So unfortunately our stretching service is a service and not a merchandise.
Who is the Triangal Membership good for?
Best for families with a child taking a weekly class every other month, plus workshops, camps, or private classes.
Who is the Square Bear Membership good for?
Best for families with child(ren) taking a weekly class every month, plus workshops, camps, and/or private classes.
Who is the Lab Boi Membership good for?
Best for families with child(ren) taking at least 1 weekly class every month, plus workshops, camps, and/or private classes. Great for additional parties.
Who is the Star Boi Membership good for?
Best for families with child(ren) taking at least 1-2 weekly class every month, plus workshops, camps, and/or private classes. Great for additional parties.
